About Radium

Radium Architecture is an architecture firm in Greenville, SC, providing diverse projects in architecture, planning, and interior environments to a wide range of clients seeking unique and efficient solutions to their goals and objectives. Through this methodology, we work to bring purpose to the built environment by designing more sustainable and socially responsible places for our clients and our community.

Our Background

Formed in 2011 in Greenville, South Carolina, Radium has served a variety of public and private clients with various project types. Rather than specialize in the production of one type of building, we look for the unique characteristics within each project. The similarity in all of the work is an unwavering commitment to a balance of design excellence, efficient project delivery, and practical building systems. We have the ability and experience to develop creative yet cost-conscious solutions that reflect our clients’ unique circumstances.

Brad Benjamin, AIA, LEED AP bd+c

Brad Benjamin, AIA, CSI, LEED AP bd+c, is an Architect and Partner at Radium Architecture, a firm he founded in Greenville, SC, in 2011. Brad has more than 18 years of experience and provides clients demonstrated expertise in programming, workflow analysis, concept development, space evaluation, document production, and construction administration. His skills integrate the rare ability to blend award-winning design talent with practical application and tight project management.

 

Brad is a passionate supporter of the architecture profession and a developing leader within the AIA. Currently serving as the 2017 President of AIA South Carolina, he is a recipient of the national AIA’s Young Architect Award as well as a ‘40 Under 40’ honoree of Building Design + Construction magazine.

Scott Kilgore, AIA, CSI, is an architect and Partner of Radium Architecture. Scott has 36 years of experience in the architecture profession. He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Design and a Masters of Architecture.

 

Scott’s early work included architecture and project management for large federal projects, K-12 schools, and retail renovation developments. He has collaborated with firms across the  country to deliver complex projects on time and on budget. Scott is a trusted mentor who guides younger staff in adopting firm practices in design, project management, and quality assurance.

Anthony Wohlers, Assoc. AIA

Intern Architect

Anthony Wohlers, Associate AIA, is an Intern architect at Radium Architecture.  Anthony is a May 2015 graduate of Clemson University’s Masters of Architecture Program + Digital Ecologies. Upon graduation, Anthony was honored as the recipient of the Mickel Prize, the highest award in the Clemson University School of Architecture, as well as the Jefferson Cup in recognition of commitment, passion, and excellence to architecture, design, community, and public service.

 

Anthony will provide Architectural support to the design team. His responsibilities include all aspects of construction documentation on both large and small projects in the office. His responsibility also includes the coordination of project consultants.
